After we grabbed our blocks we did a quick mosey then circled up for some IC exercises that included sun gods (you are welcome Duggar).

 

The Thang

We began our workout the same as Santa and his elves, by loading the sleigh.  We took our blocks to the bus lanes and carried them to the farthest lane for 16 Press.  Moved it to the net lane and ran back to the start for 5 squats.  We continued until we fully loaded the sleigh.

Once we all loaded our sleighs, we moseyed down to the front of the school to make Santa’s run to each of our houses.  We took a lap then called out a pax for the number of people in their home.  The number of people in the home was the number of man-makers we did with our blocks.  We even knocked out the pets, then took the blocks back to our hiding spot.  Back to the flag for some ring of fire merkins and then a round of squats and then it was time to call it for the day.
