WARMUP: Mosey’d to the football field. SSH’s, WP’s, Merkins, SG’s, MP’s
THE THANG: Part 1: 1st and 10’s. Started at the 10 yard line, performed (10) hand release merkins and (1) hand release burpee (11’s). Sprinted 90 yards to the end zone. Recover jogged back to 20 yard line, performed (9) hand release merkins and (2) hand release burpees. Sprinted 80 yards to the end zone. Recover jogged back to 30 and so on and so on and so on until complete.
Part 2: Bleacher climbs. (50) calf raises at the bottom, climb bleachers, (50) at the top, descend. (50) squats, climb, (50) squats, descend. (50) dips, climb, (50) dips, descend.
Part 3: Indian run around track and almost all the way back to flag.
