We did a quick mosey to the Flight Deck plan and we did weedpickers IC, 4 motivators, and Michael Phelps OYO. We then did a quick mosey to the picnic table to do dips IC.
YHC decided to try out Doracides that I found on the Exicon. We partnered up and exercises included 100 merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats, and 400 boxcutters/flutterkicks. I placed 3 cones all the way down the parking lot to do the suicides. While P1 was doing the exercises, P2 would run to each cone and I do 1 burpee at cone 1, 2 burpees at cone 2, and 3 burpees at cone 3. The next exercise was ascending curb crawl, which I tested out at Woodshed, so I was ready for how hard those were. We started at one curb and bear crawled to the other curb to do one derkin. We then bear crawled back to the start and did 2 derkins. We continued to do this until we reached 4 derkins and I realized I was smoked. We then moseyed back to the flag to do a little bit of yoga and a round of mary.

We also had many first timers at the Flight Deck today, including Cyclops, who was on a business trip from Charlotte. He took an uber to the BD this morning, which showed dedication and we were glad to have him this morning.
