WARMUP: Double time up and down the bus lane road. Circled up and with our rucks did curls, overhead presses, squats, merkens, and son Gods.
THE THANG: A GTE Welcome Party themed BD.

Started with 11s (ruck on), Burpees and Merkens on one side, bear crawl ruck drag to the other for Up-Downs and Squats (ruck on).

Transitioned to a Dora, one Pax farmer carried his ruck and his battle buddy’s, while the other did exercises, Big Boys – 100, Dying Cockroaches – 200s, and Gas Pumpers – 300

We wrapped up with step-up/air chair switch offs between battle buddies. One Pax air chaired while the other did step-ups. Both with rucks on.

It was terrible. Not as bad as the GTE Tomahawk, but it was a good sampling. The grass was wet and it started raining. Adding to the misery.
