Deck of Death strikes again back to back! This time its using your sandbag!
A routine done with a deck of playing cards where each suit is an exercise, and each card dictates the number of reps you do of that exercise all the way up to an Ace being 14 reps which will be done IC. Exercise is complete when all 54 cards have been flipped. Bonus: There will be 2 Wild Card Jokers which will be for 20 Reps IC for any exercise! Cards were picked in a rotation fashion with YHC picking the first card.
