YHC is nearing the end of his summer Q tour. Last stops: Oz and The Slab in a couple of weeks. Today, it was Oz.
The Thang: After warmup, we performed the exercises below in an escalator format with a 1/8 mile in between each round. Started with first exercise only, and then added an exercise each round. We then “de-escalated” when we finished (good idea P-Body). We then finished with a three-minute sprint finisher. We also listened to some choice Pink Floyd tunes, centered around the Dark Side of the Moon album.

Naked Man Moleskin: Tough to get up for a beat down on a Monday morning (not sure why), but YHC is glad he did. Was good to be at Oz again. Chicken Fight was psyched for another Pie Bar Q! At least I got a fist bump this time. He’s warming up.
