THE THANG:
Round 1:
– 20 SSH, 15 squat, 10 lunges
– Run to top of hill
– 20 merkins, 15 big boys, 10 flutter kicks
– Walk to bottom of hill

Round 2: repeat with bear crawl up the hills

Round 3: repeat with crawl bear up the hills

Round 4: repeat with mosey up the hills

Mosey through the parking lot and back to the flag
