This morning’s BD is so titled because the PAX not only enjoyed an intense workout routine, but they were also — unwittingly and unwilling — slowly immersed into the tenets of cults. By the end, the PAX loved it and hated it. In fact, they loved to hate it.

SS Hops. Squats. Imperial Walkers. Merkins. Mt. Climbers. Plank Jacks. (All 10 reps.)
Lap 1: 5 Burpees at every gate. 10 Pull-ups at end. Exercise on Six before starting next lap.
Lap 2: 5 Burpees + 10 Squats at every gate. 10 Pull-ups at end. Exercise on Six.
Crab Walk or Lunge to Concession Stand in middle of track & Back.
Mosey to flag. (There was a 10 burpee penalty for not getting back to the flag on time.)
