We started with a little longer than normal mosey up the stairs close to the coupon pile where we performed Imperial Walkers, Copperhead squats, Sun-gods and Michael Phelps.
We jogged to the coupon pile and back up to the middle school to perform 5 rounds of the following with coupon:
- 30 Rock Jumps
- 30 Squats
- 30 Curls
- 30 Chest Press
- 30 Merkins
- 30 OHP
- 1 Lap with coupon
We had just enough time for one round of hold the plank and perform a merkin to Thunderstruck AC/DC. Every time we heard Thunderstruck we had to drop for a merkin.
This workout left the biceps and arms really burning. You needed to chose your coupon wisely as Garfield went very aggressive and there was plenty of coupon swapping going on to pick a brother up, which was perfectly acceptable. We also managed over 2.5 miles of jogging while performing the above exercises, not a bad mornings work before sunrise
Tinder managed to forget his shorts this morning so upon arrival he was only sporting his Nike leggings, bold move in the 40 degree cold.
PAX were awesome and beat down was great. Great group of me to be hanging with.
