WARMUP: small lap jog in around the parking lot.
THE THANG: Partner up. One at bottom of the hill other at the top by the flag. Bottom does 10 merkins, top does 10 squats then switch. 10 rds. Mozy to playground. One does 5 pull-ups other does 5 burpees, then switch for 5 rds.
Mozy to first concession stand pavilion. One does 10 dips, other does 10 single count step ups for 5rds. Mozy back to playground for pull ups and burpees till time
