We moseyed over to the big hill behind the maintenance shed and dropped the bags for a few IC SSH followed by some exercises on my call:
5 Front Squats
Starting at the grassy area at the bottom of the hill we knocked out 1 Happy Complex – the Happy Complex consists of 1 Deadlift, 1 Clean, 1 Front Squat, and 1 Press. After 1 Happy Complex, the PAX ran to the top of the hill (where the dog poop can sits) and back. We continued this pattern adding 1 Happy Complex each round for a total of 10 rounds.
After finishing up with the 6, we moseyed back to the flag to 10 OYO Burpees followed up with a ring of fire squats of which we only got through 3 PAX before time was up.
Great to have Duggar back out there, I know Bloodhound REALLY missed him, not sure if the same is true in the other direction.
