The BackBlast:

Intro:

Normally YHC comes in sliding on two wheels but this time I took it too far and was 5 minutes late to my own Q.  Thankfully the Pax were gracious and finally stopped jabbing me about it last week, but apparently the lesson did not stick as I am two weeks behind on the Backblast

Warm-o-Rama:

The Thang:

Played a friendly game of chase the rabbit.

Pax paired up and the games began. Round one 1 of partners took off in a crawl bear while the other performed 5 merkins and then bear crawled to chase him.  Once you caught your partner you swapped roles (the chaser crawl beared away while the original “rabbit” did 5 merkins and then did bear crawl to chase). Rinse and repeat until the Pax completed 1 lap around the ampitheater sidewalk.

Round two was crab walks and reverser crab walks with pickle-pointers, Round three was duck walks with lunges, round 4 was running and SSH, and finished with a 5th round of the original Bear Crawls and merkins
