Duggar came straight from the hospital to the beatdown and with Doctor’s note in hand specifying no restrictions joined us for a fun one.
Warmup: Moseyed to the roundabout, circled up around the center and completed weed pickers, good mornings, hillbillies and michael phelps
The Thang: Moseyed up to the tennis court parking lot, picking up some trash and depositing it in the nearest trash can along the way, and paired off for Catch Me if you Can. Partner A ran backwards while Partner B did 3 burpees and then ran to catch up and then flip flopped. 3 full laps around the circle.
Next, we all lined up and YHC shouted out an exercise. First one to 100 reps would take off and the rest of the group would stop on whatever rep they were on and give pursuit to the end of the straightaway. Walk it out around the curve and line up on the next straightaway for the next exercise to commence. A smattering of SSHs, BBSUps, IWs, CDDs, FKs, APs, PJs, Squats and as we were running out of time headed back to flag via the route we came by.
Just enough time for 6 minutes of Mary, Crunchy Frogs followed by Wheezy Jeffersons and then Bloodhound switched it up with some Hand Release Burpees. Finished up with some American Hammers and time was up.
COT: Thankful for the awesome weather and the ability to get out in the gloom, especially with a recovered Duggar. Prayers for the world and all that is going on right now. Praying that everyone can work together to find the solutions to move us forward.
Don’t forget about the 10 year reunion in Cape Fear, NC. Talk to Carmen about it if you’re on the fence. He had Bloodhound hooked at “Battleship”.
