After a quick lap and a few IC exercises we got together and grabbed the heavy bag from the back of the truck. Thankfully Duggar showed up with his large sack of weight he lost from the day priors workout. We partnered up and got to work.
We started with 5 rounds of:
10 deadlifts/15 curls/20 press – while the other partner ran to the bottom of the hill.
5 rounds later we switched it up to BOMBS at the top while the other partner did a burden run with the weight to the bottom of the hill and back. One round of that was plenty so we dropped the bags back at the cars and circled up for a little Mary, where Exile introduced the men of the North to Can Opener crunches that were TERRIBLE. Thanks for that.
