We ran the long way to the entrance of the school where we circled up and knocked out OYO SSH, Imperial Walkers, and CopperHead Squats.
Every man grabbed a block, and lined up at the entrance of the school. ROund one wee knocked out 10 Press with the Blocks, Ran (with the block) to the next light pole, set the block down and finished the loop back to your respective block. Round 2 we did 10 press & 10, curls carried the block to the next light, set it down, and finished the lap.
Round 3 – add Squats
Round 4 – add sit-up and press
Round 5 – add swings
Round 6 – add burpees over the block
Once completed we redeposited the blocks back and made our way back to the flag for a quick Mary session.
