It was a typical rainy Monday morning and YHC was half expecting it to be just me and Super Dave. But once Bloodhound declared it perfect weather for a beatdown the PAX started to roll in.
We started with a mosey and SSHs, Weedpickers, Hillbillies and Michael Phelps for warm up.
We then headed to the Hurt Locker field for the Thang. After removing some sanitary products left behind by the frisbee players on Saturday we got down to the 7s. We started at corner 1 of the field and did 7 reps, ran to the next corner and did 14 reps, bear crawled to the next corner for 21 reps and so forth. We did sets of Merkins, Squats, BBS and Mountain Climbers. YHC was feeling pretty good about his Q until about the third length of bear crawls. But the group powered through and everyone finished. We had just enough time for some indian railroad tracks before heading back to the flag with a couple minutes to spare for Mary. YHC panicked at the end and called out some Freddie Mercuries so everyone went home wet and happy. I would have finished this BB earlier but I’m just now able to move my shoulders again. Good times!
