WARMUP:
Mosey to the front of the school for weed pickers, hillbillies, good mornings, sun gods and Michael phelps. Mosey to b-ball court.

THE THANG:
Split PAX into 2 teams and line up across from the 2 pyramids of bricks. All PAX perform 15 burpees, then suicides at each goal post before grabbing 1 brick from the pile to redeposit on the starting side. Then 15 BBSUs and same suicides. So on and so forth decreasing reps by 5 as they went and then back up to 15 or until all bricks made it down and back.

Next up, Bat Wings. With a brick in each hand, 20 sun gods forward, backward, seal claps followed by overhead claps without dropping the arms until the end. Lap around the court. Rinse and repeat.

Now that the arms are nice and loose played 2 rounds of KnockOut. Despite not holding actual bricks there were plenty to go around.

More bat wings, suicides with bricks in hands until heading back to the flag for the start of Capt. Thor. Made it to 6 BBSU and 24 American Hammers before time was up.
