Pax on 6, shoulder to shoulder, feet 6″ off ground: one at a time each pax runs up stairs to do a burpee and back down. We went twice around,
mosey to gate, and on 6 did 20 reps of each:
LBC; American Hammer; Freddy Mercuries; Big Boys
Indian Run back to flag
4 reps of pull-ups, holding top position 2 seconds. 40 reps
At table we did 5 reps of merkins in flat position; incline position, and decline position. 4 varieties: diamond; close spear; regular spread; far spread. 60 reps
At table we did 10 step ups each leg, immediately followed by 20 squats. We did this twice. 80 reps.
