THE THANG: 3 rounds of BOMBS, reps of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 each time, followed by a lap. During which, Misty struggled to identify a 90s alternative grunge band and Duggar shamelessly plugged his son’s band… The next round was FLIPS, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30. 3 rounds, 4 count on the flutter kicks, double count on the rest. It was decided shoulder taps right after the Peter Parker’s was ill devised on the part of the Q. Pella called out Misty for not doing a real workout by running Wildcat, but Misty was quick to point out that THL was infact a real BD and questioned the intent of the Q to assert it was not. More mumble chatter ensued but not interesting enough to jot down in the BB… after the FLIPS we took our lap then headed back to the flag, while Pella attempted to regale everyone with his singing of DMB’s Tripping Billies. No one was impressed.
