We held a black ops workout at 7am at the amphitheater. The anticipate that the later start time will allow PAX with teenagers to spend more evening time with family without sacrificing sleep to get up in the early gloom.
Warm Up: Mosey around amphitheater, SSH, Weed pickers. Bear crawl ring of fire.
Thang 1: Escalator – 10 Inchworm merkins, 20 ben dovers, 30 dry docks, 40 am hams
Thang 2: Mosey to fountain. AMRAP between dips and ballerina squats. 1 min each, 50 sec each, down to 10 sec each.
Thang 3: 11s – Burpees, leg lifts
