For the warm-O-rama we ran around the parking lot which, is about a quarter of a mile, then we did some side straddle hops, weed pickers, imperial walkers, windmills, sun gods, and Michael Phelps.
We did four corners: focusing on abs, legs and a little bit of chest. The first round we did 50 leg lifts at one corner then moseyed to the second corner and did 50 squats then moseyed to the third corner and did 50 flutter kicks then moseyed to the last corner and did 50 Merkins. To finish it off we did 5 burpees.
Then we repeated the above reducing the sets by 10. So the next round was 40, then 30, then 20, then 10.
To finish off we did Mary.
