Run around the small track behind the poop shack then circle up for some Pea Shooter led warm-up exercises.

 

Once he got us nice and loose we grabbed some sacks and ran down to the football field.

 

Partner up.  Round 1:

1 Pax cleans & throws the bag while the other runs to the far side and back to switch out.  Always run to the farthest end zone, even if it is behind you.  We did this down & back

 

Round 2:

Pax A farmers carry the bag around the field for as long as he can go while the other PAX starts on 100 burpees.  When the PAX drops the bag, he holds plank until his partner runs to him to pick up the carry where he left off.  Once the bag is moving again the other PAX picks up the count of burpees.  This continued until all 100 burpees were completed.  Once the burpees were done, the partners met back at the goal line.

 

Round 3:

Quarter Mile Relay Run.  One PAX will run without the bag to the next marker while one starts their mosey with the bag.  The non-bagged PAX will run to the next ¼ mile marker, then come back for the bag and relieve the sack carrier.  The non carrying pax will run to the next ¼ mile marker they come to and back to the sack.  This could be the same as his partner if he did not get there fast enough.  We did this for 3 of ¼ mile markers.  Then we dropped the bags in Bloodhounds truck and ran back to the field to pick up the remaining sandy sacks and return to the truck.
