WARMUP: WoR, pretty standard
THE THANG: 4 Corners is an AMRAP, each corner has 2 exercise, do the first exercise AMRAP, then move to the second exercise for relief, go back and forth as needed for a 3 minute period. After 3 minutes, carry coupon to the next station and continue until all 4 corners are complete, then wash, rinse, and repeat until time.

Corners were:
1) Curls and SSH
2) Lion Kings and Bonnie Blairs
3) Skull Crushers and Flutter Kicks
4) Overhead Press and Imperial Walkers

It was wet and cold and miserable for the first 5 minutes. Company of the HIMS, Mumble chatter, and the novelty of being out in the nasty storm made it all worth it. Great time had by all and definitely one to remember. Many were missed and thankful for those that made it out!
