THE THANG:
4-Corner AMRAP +5
PAX grabbed 5 coupons ((1) Fire Brick, (2) 50# Sandbags, and (2) coupons) and went around the football field counterclockwise with coupons in tow and stopped at each corner of the field and did the following AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) exercises and once they reach the their stopping point, add 5 more reps:
1) Overhead Press
2) Curls
3) Bench Press
4) Bent Over Rows
When PAX were not doing block work, they chose between SSH and Squats.
We reserved the last 5 min to throw the football and run routes.
