It was a simple Kettle Bell 21-15-9 workout. We 21 of 3 exercises then ran up the hill to the roundabout and  completed 5 8-count bodybuilders. then repeated this sequence for 15 and 9. The exercises where:

front rises, Curls, and triceps extensions

V ups, American Hammers, and Situp to Press

Squats, Front lunges, and side lunges
