Today was the 3rd day of my week’s worth of birthday Q’s so I decided to do a workout with a rep for each year I’ve lived.

We started out with a mozzy around the back of the church and ending at the parking lot near the playground. Here is where we did our quick-


  • 15 Hillbilly Walkers
  • 15 SSHs
  • 7.5 secs of Sun Gods each way

The Thang

We started by doing 15 of each workout, then taking a lap around the pine island there. These workouts were:

  • Merkins
  • Squats
  • BBS 4c
  • SSHs 4c
  • Pull-Ups

Lap Around Whole Parking Lot 

  • Bonnie Blairs
  • Shoulder Taps
  • LBCs 4c
  • Burpees
  •  Flutter Kicks 4c

Sprint to end of pine island and back

  •  Mike Tysons
  •  15 Sec High Knees
  •  Reverse Pull Ups
  •  Overhead Presses
  •  50 American Hammers 2c

Nano shared as six-man and we got to welcome a new FNG, Popeye. After that we prayed for all of the prayer requests and had some great conversation.
