After a short mosey to grab the coupons we warmed up to SSHs, Mountain Climbers, Weed Pickers, Sun Gods, MPs

YHC wanted to stick with the ‘strength theme’ that the Rock is known for, so we used coupons for 11s, 3 different ways.

1st set of 11s:
Curls & Derkins with bear crawl (and back!) from center parking lot to curb about 10 yards away

2nd set of 11s:
Bent over rows & Lt Dans with 4-spot parking lot tracers

3rd set (had to settle for 7s):
Chest press & BBSs with ~20 yard sprints

Just enough time to return the coupons and make it back to the flag.
