Pax mozied around the parking lot and did some warm ups of SSH, Weedpickers, Hillbilly walkers, Arm circles, Phelps etc.
Did sets of 11s with a run across the frozen grass field between sets. After completing a combo of 11s- Pax brisky trotted around the frozen parking lot. Combos were as follows.
Dead Roach- Imperial Walkers, 4 ct.
Burpees- Lunges, 4ct.
Mike Tysons- Flutter Kicks 4 ct.
American Hammers, 4ct.- No Surrenders/ POW, 4 ct.
We learned that this was too many sets and only got into the Mike Tysons and Flutter Kicks. Each set of 11s was 55 reps of each exercise.
Lots of running was good to get warmed up and stay warmed up.
COT with Blowpop as 6 man. Shared that he lost a cousin this week unexpectedly. Life is short, spend time with family and lead them in a life of Faith. Announcements and other prayer requests. Then Prayed it out. Coffee teria was had by all until we cooled off and began freezing again.
