Trying to recreate one Vespa did here.  (1) Mucho Leg-O (1 narrow squat, 1 normal squat, 1 wide squat, 1 jump lunge right foot forward, 1 jump lunge left foot forward) x 10.  It’s in the Exicon! (2) Merkin x 10 (3) Carolina Dry Docks x 10 (3) Freddie Mercury 2 Count x 10 (4) Dips x 10 (5) Run a lap and do the reps again.  Do 10 laps and you’ve done 1000 reps.  Two problems presented themselves: Lap was way to long to complete 10 and reps only add up to 90 per round.  Additional research required.  Back to the flag for Mary.
