WARMUP: mosey, ssh, IW, CHS, MP
THE THANG: first round – 10 mins of 4 KB exercises, then Mosey. Second round – 10 mins of 4 different kb exercises, Mosey, rinse and reapet.
Put 10 hours for first round on timer, until everyone was complaining how long 10mins actually took. We actually did 16 mins first round, and corrected it for the following rounds. No one believed me, so I had to check timer every 3 mins.
