Mozy to the loading dock of Dean Rusk.

Jump up the loading dock wall
1x Burpee

9x squats
up the loading dock wall
2 burpees

8x squats
up the wall
3 burpees

and so on until 5x squats 6 burpees.

A quick 10 count recovery and over to the bus lanes.

10 merkins
run down to bus lane #10
return and do 10 big boys

9 merkins
Run to bus lane #9
return and do  & 9 big boys

and so on down to 1.

continue until 10 burpees

Mozy around the middle school with a quick stop for 10x calf raises on the curb and back to the top of the stairs.

Down the stairs & circle up for some more core and back to the parking lot.

Partner up with bernie sanders up the hill while the partner pax does LBC’s. Goal of 100 as a team.
