THE THANG:
1. BOMBS: burpees x 5, letter Os x10, Merkins x10, BBS x10 with coupon, Squats x10 with coupon; mosey to the wall and back in between
2. 11s: BBS and Gas Pushers with a bear crawl (or inchworm) in between.
3. Mosey around the parking lot as a group, stopping at each light pole to do ~10 reps of PAX choice, taking turns who chooses.
4. Mosey to the roundabout for ring of fire: PAX hold an elevated plank on the curb while we take turns bear crawling to the next PAX to tag him out.

In spite of modifying the 11s (“ehh just bear crawl to the edge of the line”), letting him pick 1/5th of the light pole exercises, and doing absolutely everything else humanly possible and beyond, our man did indeed abandon ship due to urgent business within 5 minutes of the COT.
