Started with a light mosey, some SSH’s, weed pickers, and some others.

Ran a “merkin mile”. Ran but stopped after 1 min of running and did 10 merkins. Repeated unit we hit 1 mile. Took to the stadium where we attempted some 11’s. Dips and the bottom of the stairs Derkins at the top. Criss crossed up and down the entire set of bleachers. Then BOOM went the sky. Lightning moved us under cover at the entry to the stadium. Finished the last 15min with rounds and rounds of whatever we all called out.
