Started off with a mozzy around all three tennis courts ending at the playground. Here we did the-
10 Copperhead Merkins
10 Copperhead Squats
15 Overhead Presses

We mozzyed over to the rightmost tennis court. Here we did the main workout. One person, which was YHC to start off with, went to one side of the tennis court while everyone else went to the other side. We then played a round of Jackpot with a frisbee. Whoever caught it switched places with the person who threw it. Everyone else who did not either throw or catch the frisbee had to do a lap around one-quarter of the tennis court. We then repeated this until someone caught the frisbee three times. At this point we did 7s across one-half of the tennis court. The workouts and what we did in between them was up to whoever caught the frisbee three times. First, The Count had us do merkins and squats with running forward and backward in between. Next, Floss had us do squats then merkins with normal running in between. Last but definitly not least, The Count had us do Mike Tysons and LBCs with lungess in between. For the last one we only did 5s.

Small World shared as six-man and we prayed for all the prayer requests. Hustler decided to “catch up on some sleep” so we didn’t have any coffee. But I’m ok with that since I don’t drink it anyways.
