When you plan a BD specifically to avoid all contact with people, no people show up! I guess with school starting tomorrow, all of the “camps” have completed so it was pretty empty today.
WARMUP: Moseyed over to the softball fields at the middle school. Normal warm-o-rama.
THE THANG: Started with Racoon Crawls 5 &5 – pick a bench and racoon crawl the length, drop for 5 burpees afterwards. Repeat 5 times. Then did a “Field of Jericho” since the orig plan was to run around the outside of the softball field (all the buildings at Kodiak seem to be under some sort of construction). However, audibled to running a loop in the parking lot cause no one was around and it was a lot less soggy. Exercises after each loop included:
– 7 Step Ups (Kodiak)
– 7 Dips
– 7 Jump Squats
– 7 BBSU
– 7 Merkins
– 7 Gas Pumpers
– 7 Nolan Ryans (Kodiak)
