The 90’s – 90 seconds as many reps as possible (AMRAP), 30 second break. Thanks to the exicon, we placed this to 90s music. The angst was non-negotiable. Dirty hookups, walking lunges, dips, step-ups, burpees, Bernie Sanders, etc.
We were introduced to a new move: the Exile Lunge. Gut Check mentioned how much better his lunge form was with his hands on his hips, and Exile decided he needed to see how his form improved with his hands on Gut Check’s hips, too. See picture for very low walking lunges – what great form! Good teamwork, my dudes.
Took just over 20 minutes.
I was gonna whip out the Balls once again, and thankfully Gut Check brought his Deck. Every time we dipped into the deck, we had to pick two balls to correspond. One deck, two balls. Rinse and repeat until the end.
