Run a lap, Warm O, take a lap doing 50, 40, 30, 20 big boys together each quarter of the lap. Grab a block. 50 squats, run, 40 squats, run towards the basketball courts 30 squats, then 20 squats.  5 on 6 basketball running the length of 2 courts. Disaster. 10 thrusters with the block,  run, 10 more, run 10 more. Run to the tennis courts to play dodgeball, 10 thrusters, and people are on the court. Run back to put up the blocks. 40 merkins, run, 30, 20, 10. Football.
