We moseyed/walked our bells to the bottom of the road by the ball fields and circled up for some Weed pickers, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, & sun-gods.
Starting at the bottom of the hill we did 10 Deadlifts, curls, and press then ran to the top and knocked out 1 burpee. Mosey back to the bottom and drop the count to 9, back up the hill 1 burpee. This continued until the bottom exercises were complete. At some point, maybe during the warm-up, maybe at the beginning of the work out it was noted that we were not making very good use of the beautiful full moon that was lighting the morning sky.
To remedy this issue, after we finished up on the hill, we moved to the field where we escalated by 2’s (starting with 2) of 1 arm clean (Kodiak), Merkins, & Big Boys. Farmer’s carry to the other end of the field, go up by 2 for every exercise, the carry back with the opposite hand. The goal was to get to 20’s. Cricket & Tally Man were the closest, but no one made it.
