WARMUP: All PAX present for the beatdown participated in the prerun so we were definitely warm, but added on some weed pickers, good mornings, goofballs, sun gods and Michael Phelps for good measure
THE THANG: Brought out our FNG Mr Inflatable Wide Receiver guy and tried our best to throw him passes, long snap it to him and punt it to him. With multiple failed attempts we paid the price with burpees (complete miss), 20 reps of exercise for hitting him at all and 10 reps for getting it in the hole. Exercises were mountain man poopers, imperial walkers and didn’t get any crunchy frogs.
Next up was 11s. Side shuffle from curb to center parking line. Crunchy frogs and merkins on each side always adding up to 11.
Some catch me if you can was next. Partner A runs backwards while Partner B does 3 merkins before running forward to catch and switch with partner A. 2 laps of that and we were spent.
Back to the flag for 6 minutes of Mary, flutter kicks, big boy sit ups, box cutters, American hammers, Supermans, and finished with LBCs.
