THE THANG:
– down White to bottom of Blue for a quick warm-up

– while we’re hear might as well climb Blue and found 2 big trees down blocking a good portion of the trail

– down Red and found more downed trees at bottom of Red

– Yellow blocked, so we bushwacked to get to the creek and over to the little loop past Yellow

– 2 groups running opposite directions on the loop. Finish loop, do 20 brokins, switch directions, finish loop and do 20 partner derkins. Repeat.

– the little loop had so many downed trees that we only did one loop, went back up Yellow and over to Red

– used to Red/Orange triangle for our new (and worse) loop

– moseyed over to Pink and out extended Pink to the gravel road, then back to the flag for 25 Copperhead Squats until 6:15
