WARMUP: we ran around, did some stretchy exercises, and ended with SSH because we had a couple guys that REALLY wanted to do those
THE THANG: we worked our way across the parking lot (suicide style) stopping at each set of parking spaces to do increasing reps (+2) of Merkins/Sit-ups/& Squats. we made it 20 reps of each by the time we got to the gravel parking lot.
we then did some 11’s zig-zagging at the islands to the flag. starting with 1 LBC & 10 Lunges.
