Today was a great day at the Rattlesnake Riviera. We started of with some workouts in place for a-
- 10 Imperial Walkers
- 10 Copperhead Squats
We headed away from the gazebo and over to the playground at brown park. Here we split into teams of two. One person curled their ruck while the other did 5 pull-ups. Once everyone had completed two rounds of that, we headed down and around towards railroad street. We carried on along that to the big hill, then up it towards the gazebo. We finished off with a short bear crawl and some hillbilly walkers till time.
I shared as sixman then we balled it up and prayed it out.
