WARMUP: 30 minute pre run. For ME we moseyed to the bus lanes and did SSHs, Weed Pickers, Good Mornings and then Sun Gods OYO.

THE THANG: Tag Team Dora and Bus Lanes

The Dora was a gut buster consisting of 100 Big Boy Sit-ups, 200 V-ups, and 300 Freddy Mercuries (Kodiak Count). The lap was around the entire bus lane parking lot.

Next was partner bus lanes. One PAX air chaired while the partner did exercise movements at each lane, back and forth switching off each time. Odd lanes were Merkins, evens were Carolina Dry Docks.

Given the rebellion that was afoot with some PAX opting to go to Freehome to explore Rest Stop, the mumble chatter was hostile and toxic. Misty listed out his pool pet peeves. Don’t crowd around the pool stairs if you go to the pool with him… Cupcake complained about feeling like he was gonna splash Merlot. FMB is still trying to reconcile why anyone would rather go to a dumb new school for a BD instead of going to the old one we’ve always gone to. Oxbow was too busy keeping count to talk.
