Do you have a crazy relative or nosey neighbor that always seems to show up unannounced at gatherings who mess with your stuff and don’t even bother saying hello? Well, if you were at Kodiak today, you know exactly what I am talking about!

WARMUP: Mosey around the parking lot to pick up not only Duggar (arriving at his normal time) but also MICKEY (who was coming in hot just behind Duggar)! Normal warm-o-rama.
THE THANG: Headed into the stadium (without any blocks) and started with a Burpee Mile…run a lap around the track and then do 12 burpees x 4. I have positive proof the matrix exists as I seemed to not remember lap # 3 (time glitch) as all other PAX confirmed I was on lap 4. Who am I to complain! Next up we lined up on the goal line. Using the goal line, 50 yard line and far goal line, we did 10-20-30-20-10 sequence. First exercise was 90 merkins (that sucked). Second was 90 BBSU, and finished up with 90 squats. Headed back to flag with 3 minutes remaining on the clock.

MARY: We were greeted by some surprises upon our arrival back at the flag. Finished up with some hello dolly’s to hit time.
