Intro: no FNG’s, kept brief, welcomed everyone to the evening humidity.
Warm-Up: standard, quick warm up exercises consisting of side straddle hops, weed pickers, copperhead squats, sun gods, and imperial walkers.
The Thang: very non-creative and straightforward Q. Started with a quick mosey to an open parking lot. Did 21’s, BBS on one end, jog the ~30 yards to the other end and perform regular merkin, 1-20, 2-19, etc. This took much longer than anticipated and was much worse than I had planned for. A few of us were totally spent at this point. We moseyed back to the flag and circled up for some landscape block coupon Mary action. Each PAX led a quick workout like squats, thrusters, close hand merkins, american hammers, and a few more.
COT: count, name o rama, and I was the sixth man. Shared some basic personal info and some F3 details, nothing very memorable or noteworthy. There were a couple of nice praises shared, and prayer requests for everyone affected by Hurricane Laura. Took a knee for a quick prayer and then called it a night.
NMM: my second time with the Q and you could tell I put in much less effort in the planning than my first attempt. The 21’s took much longer than I thought and it cut down on two other things I had planned, guess I’ll save those for next time. Some good chatter throughout the night for sure. Nice to see Brainfart trying to recruit random people to F3 as they leave their office for the evening. G-String went Chippendale and complained about it the entire time doing BBS. Good time overall, Choo Choo.
