10 Burpess, 20 Merkinds, 30 Squats, 40 Mountain Climbers, 50 SSH, 50 Imperial Walkers, 40 Bobby Hurley, 30 American Hammers, 20 T-Bombs, & 10 Carolina Drydocks
with 1 lap in between each workout.
Rinse and repeat until time.
