5 of each: hand release merkins; mike Tysons; Carolina dry docs; diamond merkins

8 big boys

toy soldier to next cone and repeat

lunge to next cone and repeat

karaoke’s next cone repeat

then run track back to first hops

and repeat now except 10 of each and 13 big boys

repeat all till beginign

then 15 each and 18 bog boys

repeat back to front

20 of each and 23 big boys

The PAY OFF : 2023!!!!!

Except we never got there.  Everything broke down around 15 of each and we let 2.0s call the exercise.

Then adults raced the 2.0s.  A winner could not be determined, you’d think it was a vote in the senate.  so we did ab exercises till time was called
