WARMUP: quick mosey and toy soldiers
THE THANG: indigenous people run across the trails of mosquito Flats. Tenderloin decided it was not a big enough challenge for him so he twisted his ankle to make it enough of an adventure. Bold strategy, Tenderloin. We ran up to mosquito bite and a half loop around Van Michael. Then we came back down to mosquito flat. We did a couple of loops and finished with wind sprints. Each pax took a turn, leading the group and dictating the pace.
