THE THANG: haven’t had visitors in a while so figured we’d show them the sites. Run to the bottom of big blue. 50 merkins, 50 squats then run up blue. Run to pull up bars. 2 rounds of 10 pull ups, 20 merkins, 30 squats. Run up to stone henge. 50 dips, 25 step ups each leg, 50 irkins. Run down the power lines then back to pull up bars for 2 more rounds.
