WARMUP: We started at 5:30 and 15 seconds (don’t worry, made us whole on the other end), ran down the driveway, around the corner and back to the school up the back way, then all the way to the tables in the weird courtyard. There we did normal things including Sun Gods in cadence in both the forward and backward directions. Much joy was shown.
THE THANG: We did 35s. As in 30 inclined merkins on the tables, then run up the stairs to the front of the school for 5 dips. Decrease merkins, increase dips. No Aisle 7 we did not do that on Saturday we did something completely different.
For some reason we did 10 Newton’s Cradles in the middle of the beatdown. Not sure why.
Then we ran out the back way, all the way to the front driveway again. Running up the hill stop at each lightpole (on either side) for 20 squats and 10 merkins. Finish at the flag.
